We reserve the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to this website or cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will notify you immediately and you will not incur any costs.


Pricing and availability
The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order or at the end when your order has been confirmed. All prices are in pounds sterling including the relevant taxes for the UK where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your order reaches its destination country are your responsibility.
We have the right to make alterations to the prices in the following circumstances:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error, or the price from our supplier. If you have already been charged we will immediately refund you the total amount you have paid (including any delivery charges).
All products and services offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures used are for illustration only and although we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost (and any postage charges if applicable) immediately.
We endeavour to hold stocks of all our active products, but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we aim to have your item delivered to you within 7 working days (subject to availability).
We will inform you of an estimated delivery date for any thing over 7 working days, We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.


Goods damaged in transit
When you receive  your delivery from the carrier, you must check you are receiving the correct number of parcels your are signing for, and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels, on the consignment note. Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods,


Goods lost in transit
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 working days from the expected delivery date (this is taken to be 2-3 working days from the advised date of despatch.


Despatch times: The despatch date is based on the longest despatch estimate given for a product within an order, for example if you order 3 items and all 3 are ‘in stock’ we aim to despatch within 2-3 working days. If however you ordered 3 items and 2 items are ‘in stock’ but one item has a despatch estimate of 3-5 days’ then your order will be held until all items are present and then despatched. You can request in stock items to be despatched immediately,  other items to follow, this will incur a single additional standard postage charge for despatch of the remaining goods.

Quoted courier times relates to the service that particular courier offers i,e 2-3 or 3-5 days, this does NOT include despatch time which can be 2-3 days during busy periods or longer if item is out of stock.


Personalized items / Custom made Garments / Horsewear

I.e. any T Shirts, Hi Viz Jackets, Saddle Pads, Numnahs Coats or item, which has been either printed or embroidered by us especially for you at your request.

Our team are happy to print  / embroider  a T Shirts, Hi Viz Jacket, Saddle Pads, Numnahs Coats with your own wording, Names etc.

Due to the personalized nature these items are non returnable.

Unless there is a fault with the item or names / wording is printed / embroidered differently to that which has been requested.

Personalised T Shirts, Hi Viz Jackets, Saddle Pads, Numnahs Coats.Rugs will need to be requested in writing / email.

 T Shirts, Hi Viz Jackets, Saddle Pads, Numnahs Coats. will have names/ wording printed exactly or as near as possible as it appears in your written request.

Embroidery we will endever to recreate logo’s and colours as close as possible, we are not responsible if colours are not an exact match

Saddles  are all made to order so can only be returned if faulty, or not made to the specification given.

If you wish to arrange for goods to be returned, please contact customer services on 01455 559090

If the products are considered faulty by Potters Saddlery Ltd, we will (at our discretion) either rectify the problem, or offer a full refund and you will incur no return postage costs. Saddles found not to be faulty or to specification will be retuned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer 

Cancelling your Order:

 You can cancel your order within 7 working days from the day of delivery and return any unused goods for a refund. However you must notify us of your intention to cancel by letter or email. Your order must be returned at your own expense within 7 days of your notice to cancel. A handling charge will be incurred to cover our administration and shipping costs normally 10% of cost price plus cost of shipping. Certain products Personalized items, made to measure saddles are excluded from this. Please see personalized items.  Provided the items are unused and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories, you can expect to receive a refund within 30 days of your notice to cancel. subject to the product being returned to us complete with all packing and accessories, all shipping costs to be met by the buyer, refunded payments exclude any shipping/ handling/ customs charges This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
